You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the property when using ListSmart’s services. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

ListSmart retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to its services, including but not limited to, software, designs, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content created by ListSmart for your real estate listings.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined on our Pricing page. Payment is due upon service completion.

6. Revisions and Refunds

ListSmart offers one free revision. If you are not satisfied with the final product after the revision, you may be eligible for a full refund, as detailed in our Guarantee section.

7. Limitation of Liability

ListSmart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services.
