Getting your property listed with List Smart is simple.
Follow these steps to get your property professionally marketed and promoted.

1. Create Your Listing

From the Seller Page, click Create Listing.

Choose the package that best suits your property and marketing needs.

2. Create Your Account

Enter your name, email address and required account details to register.

Once your registration is successfully completed, you will be automatically directed to the Thank You page.

3. Start Your Listing

From the Thank You page, click Go to Dashboard.

You will be taken to your List Smart dashboard, where you can start creating your property listing.

For future access: simply log in using the User ID and password you created during registration.

4. Enter Your Property Details

From your dashboard, click Create Listing and provide the basic information about your property, including:

  • Property address and details
  • Property features
  • Asking price
  • Inspection information
  • Property images
  • Other relevant information

Don’t worry about making the description perfect — just provide us with the important details.

5. Submit Your Listing

Review the information and images you have provided, then submit your listing.

Our team will use your information to prepare your property for professional online marketing.

6. We Make Your Property Marketing-Ready

Based on the information and images you provide, List Smart will create:

  • An appealing property description
  • Enhanced, eye-catching property images
  • An engaging property video
  • A professional, selling-ready property presentation

We then publish your completed listing on the List Smart platform and promote it across our social media channels.

 

7. Targeted Advertising

If you subscribe to our Standard or Premium package, we will also launch your targeted digital advertising campaign to help your property reach more potential buyers.

 

Allow Up to 72 Hours

Please allow up to 72 hours for your property listing to be reviewed, prepared and activated on the List Smart platform.

For Standard and Premium packages, your targeted advertising campaign will also be launched as part of the activation process.

Once your listing is active, you can monitor your property marketing through your List Smart dashboard while you remain in control of your sale.
